The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a long term client of GTA. However, in 2023 the team struck gold -crossing the finish line with the pinnacle of daytime coverage This Morning.

Celebrity involvement in the event has long been a constant, however ensuring this is maximised for London Landmarks and Tommy’s comes with its challenges. When the often media shy Dermot O’Leary was confirmed to run, it quickly became evident opportunities to exploit his involvement were limited.

GTA with a tenacious but sensitive and professional approach took on board and respected celebrity privacy accommodating Dermot’s wishes reinforcing event’s reputation as a friendly, inclusive event. With unique relationship building skills and meticulous management of celebrity our slowly slowly catchy monkey approach worked.

Today LLHM featured on ITV flagship show This Morning! Dermot, alongside co presenter Alison Hammond, talked from the heart to the viewers of his involvement and how much he enjoyed the event. The resulting coverage delivered with integrity, modesty and the unprompted wearing of his London Landmarks Half Marathon medal surpassed all expectations for the client. Thank you Dermot!
